What can group Pilates classes offer you?
You will be doing a mixture of mobility, flexibility and strength exercises. This after a period of time will give you longer leaner muscles, an improved posture, help flatten your tummy and tone your thighs. It also strengthens your deep tummy muscles that help support your spine. Also working with the rhythmic flow of your breathing pattern helps calm and relaxes your mind.
Working in a group of 12-15 people. We generally aim to do 10-15 moves within the hour. The moves include a mixture of mobility, stretch and strength exercises. It’s also enjoyable to work in a group situation where you will exercise with like minded people, this can be supportive and motivational especially if you come along with a friend.

*Classes at The Therapy Centre are run as a 6 week course. Cost £48.00 for 6 weeks.
For all other classes you will need to be a member of Bannatynes club.
What to wear
Please bring a towel and a block to sit on to the classes. No footwear is needed, however warm socks can be worn during the winter months.
